Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have made the order.
The policy is 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
For your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the condition you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
